Students confront institutional racism
In the summer of 2020, as protests against racial injustice multiplied around the US, Sociology & Anthropology faculty asked their students to share, anonymously, their experiences with racism at Lehigh. We received several accounts from students and recorded ourselves reading these narratives. In September, to facilitate a discussion about confronting racism at our university and helping our community fulfill its obligations to eradicate racism, we began releasing short videos (4-5 minutes) of these accounts.
