Sociology Major and Minor

Sociology is the empirical study of the interaction between social structure and individual behavior. Sociology majors learn how structural processes and individual experience interact to produce a variety of phenomena, including power, inequality, and culture. And they do so through a variety of empirical methods and data analysis that have broad applicability to a variety of future career pathways.
